MIASIN EDUFAIR organises and delivers the following services:

• International educational expos and fairs
• Educational networking events and forums
• Workshops, panels, and keynote conferences
• Academic and professional development activities
• Exhibition spaces for universities, schools, and educational organisations
• Related educational event services including online and offline participation formats

The flagship event, MIASIN EDUFAIR 2026, will take place on September 5, 2026 in Yerevan, Armenia.

By registering or attending, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Not misuse the website, registration system, or any associated platform
• Not disrupt, interfere with, or cause harm to any event session, workshop, or activity
• Comply with all participation guidelines issued by MIASIN EDUFAIR organisers
• Treat all attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and staff with respect and professionalism
• Not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit event content without written consent

All event registrations and ticket purchases are subject to the following:

• All payments are securely processed through authorised third-party payment providers
• Access to registered sessions and exhibition areas is conditional upon successful payment confirmation
• Ticket prices and participation fees may be updated at any time without prior notice
• MIASIN EDUFAIR reserves the right to limit ticket availability at its sole discretion
• By completing payment, you confirm acceptance of these terms and our Refund Policy

MIASIN EDUFAIR reserves the right to make adjustments to the event as necessary:

• Event schedules, session times, and programming are subject to change
• Confirmed speakers, panellists, or exhibiting organisations may be replaced or removed
• Event formats (in-person, hybrid, or online) may be modified due to unforeseen circumstances
• In cases of force majeure, the event may be postponed or rescheduled; registered attendees will be notified

Such changes do not automatically entitle participants to refunds unless specifically stated in our Refund Policy.

All content associated with MIASIN EDUFAIR is the exclusive intellectual property of the organisation, including but not limited to:

• Branding, logos, and visual identity
• Event materials, presentations, and workshop content
• Photography, videography, and recorded sessions
• Website design, copy, and digital assets
• Educational content produced or curated for the event

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any materials is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MIASIN EDUFAIR shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from event participation
• Loss of data, personal property, or business opportunities related to the event
• Damages resulting from third-party services used during the event
• Health, safety, or travel-related incidents beyond the organisation's reasonable control
• Any disruption to services caused by technical failures, governmental restrictions, or force majeure

Participants attend MIASIN EDUFAIR at their own discretion and accept all associated risks.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Armenia.
