Refund Policy

Due to the nature of educational event reservations and the significant operational planning involved, all payments made to MIASIN EDUFAIR are final and non-refundable.

This applies to all products and services including:

• Event tickets (Student, Regular Visitor, and Premium)
• Participant, exhibitor, and sponsor registrations
• Workshop and session registrations
• Any other paid services or access packages offered by MIASIN EDUFAIR

No refunds are issued after successful payment confirmation, except where explicitly required by applicable law.

Failure to attend an event does not qualify for a refund. Once a registration is confirmed and payment is processed, the reservation is considered fulfilled regardless of whether the attendee or participant is present on the day.

Unused tickets and services are non-refundable. MIASIN EDUFAIR does not provide compensation, credit, or partial refunds for any unused portion of a registered service.

MIASIN EDUFAIR reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or adjust event formats if required due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to force majeure events, governmental regulations, or operational requirements.

In the event of a postponement or rescheduling, registrations will be transferred to the new date where possible. Refunds will not be issued solely on the basis of a schedule change.

Chargebacks or unauthorised payment disputes may result in immediate access restrictions or account suspension. By completing registration and payment, you acknowledge this policy and agree not to initiate chargebacks for services rendered in accordance with these terms.

If you have a legitimate billing concern, please contact our support team directly before initiating any dispute with your payment provider.

MIASIN EDUFAIR will consider refund requests only in the following exceptional circumstances:

• The event is permanently cancelled (not postponed) by MIASIN EDUFAIR with no alternative date offered
• A documented technical error resulted in a duplicate charge
• Applicable consumer protection law explicitly requires a refund in your jurisdiction

All exception requests must be submitted in writing to our billing support email within 14 days of the original transaction date.
